Owners are dedicated to providing beautiful homes without shortcuts taken during the rehab process. They have turned several older homes in the Gordon Square area into masterpieces, and look to develop the communities they do business in. David and Wendy have also been a great resource I have referred to other investors regarding their processes, property selection, finish selections, and contractor referrals.
